Staffordshire County Council has recently invited organisations to bid for a Framework Agreement to provide community support services for local residents over the next two to four years.

As you might expect, for a large County, the opportunity created lots of interest and substantial numbers of bidders applied.  In common with many frameworks, regardless of whether the final list contains 5, 10 or 20 organisations, the position that you hold on that list is going to determine just how much new business you win in the future.
